Monday, 24: no run.

Tuesday, 25: 1.2 miles

Wednesday, 26: zero

Thursday, 27: 1.5

Friday, 28: 1.8 miles

Saturday, 1 March: 1.3 miles

Week of 23 Feb - 1 March 2025: 6.9 miles @3.2 miles per hour. 

February: Feb 1-7: 11.5 Miles.

Week 8-14 Feb: 12.4 miles @2.3 mph

Feb 16-22: 9.5 miles.

So Feb total is 30.3 miles.
