2.2, 2 miles, 1 mile: Jan 5- 7 2025
I felt very sick last night and was slow and sleepy still today, so 1 mile felt just fine.
Moving back up to 3 miles at 3 mph is still my goal; maybe bumping up to 3.1 mph before adding mileage.
Moving is the important part, not just mileage or speed.
