Week of 6-12 April 2025 7.5 @ 3.3 mph > 50 partial pushups

  • Sunday 6 April: 1.2 miles @ 2.5 mph. Weary. + 30 pps in the evening.
  • Monday 7 April: 1.4 miles @ 3.3 mph. + 35 partial pps.
  • Tuesday 8 April: 1.5 miles s @ 3.3 mph. + 40 partial pps.
  • Wednesday 9 April: 1.8 miles @ 3.3 mph. + 45 partial pps.
  • Thursday 10 April: squeezed in 0.5 miles @ 3.3 mph. 
  • Friday 11 April: 1.5 miles @ 3.3 mph. 
  • Saturday 12 April: 0.8 miles @ 3.3 mph. + 50 partial pps.

Week of 6-12 April: 7.5

Sometime in mid-March, started doing partial pushups (pps) on the treadmill using the handles. Started with 5 or 10, and having been adding 5 more when I remember to do them. Feeling it in the biceps & shoulders.

Plan is to change to full pushups when that seems possible.
