Maybe a Day Off Isn't Bad? Week 8-14 Feb: 12.4 miles @2.3 mph
Still at 3.2 mph this week. I think I won't try to bump it up until I can do 3 miles more consistently; and I'm not even doing that with 2 miles yet. However, I am determined.
Saturday 8 February 2025: 1 mile.
Sunday 9: 2 miles.
Monday 10: could not run.
Tuesday 11: 2.5 miles.
Wednesday 12: 2.8 miles.
Thursday 13: 1.8 miles.
Friday 14: 2.3 miles.
Saturday: 15: Two meeting day; no clue if there will be gas in the tank for running.
So this week, 7 days: 12.4 miles. Better than last week by almost a mile, and about a tenth of a mile per hour faster. So it really is progress.
