Rough start to the Week: Hit a Wall - 9.5 miles for the week @3.2 mph

Today (16th), it was all about blood sugar. Although I'm much thinner now, I still have diabetes, and was relying successfully on mints (5-10 calories each) for enough sugar to get through a run. 

Could NOT power through that today; was not out of breath or had tired muscles, but I was sweating and just had to quit. 

I found some glucose tabs and will try those out tomorrow if it's possible to run....

Def. will not be bumping up my speed until I work this out.

Sunday 16 Feb: 2.6 miles @ 3.2 mph.  

Monday 17: 1.5 miles

Tuesday 18: 1.6 miles. A tiny bit better with the glucose tabs.

Wednesday 19: 1.5 miles. Eh.

Thursday 20: too tired to get onto the treadmill. 

Friday 21: squeezed in 1 mile and was happy about that.

Saturday 22: 1.3 miles. Chewing the glucose helped; buying more.

This week, Feb16-22: 9.5 miles.

Word of the week: persistence.
